RAPID CITY, S.D. – A Rapid City woman, charged with first-degree attempted murder, made her first court appearance this week in Pennington County Court.
Daya Returns From Scout is charged in connection with the stabbing of a man last week.
Prosecutors say the stabbing appeared to have occurred when the two were arguing over a bottle of alcohol.
Returns From Scout is also charged with attempted robbery.
She remained in the Pennington County Jail in lieu of a $500,000 cash bond.
Her arraignment was set for September 8th.
