RAPID CITY, S.D. – The Pennington County Sheriff’s Office says three people have been arrested in connection with a burglary in Hill City.
Officials say they were investigating a burglary at Turtle Town in Hill City along with vehicle thefts in the area the week of October 22.
Through diligent work and follow-up investigations by the Patrol and Criminal Investigations Divisions, a search warrant was executed on the afternoon of Friday, October 27. Multiple items were located related to the cases during the search and several individuals were interviewed.
Three people were arrested and identified as 35-year-old Joseph Patterson of Hill City, and 19-year-old Hayley Still and 33-year-old Krzysztof Skora of Rapid City.
The three face charges of 3rd Degree Burglary, Aggravated Criminal Entry of a Motor Vehicle, Grand Theft, Petty Theft and Receiving Stolen Property.
