DEADWOOD, S.D. – Carrie Gerlach, founder and CEO of Black Hills Adventure Tours was awarded the George S. Mickelson Award on January 18, 2024, at the South Dakota Governor’s Conference on Tourism.
On Thursday, January 18th, Governor Kristi Noem and Travel South Dakota recognized and celebrated the dedication, loyalty, and passion of tourism industry members and businesses throughout South Dakota. Awards were presented by Governor Noem to deserving recipients from across the state.
