SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – Black Hills State men’s basketball outlasted No. 19/21 MSU Moorhead on a last-second shot from Adam Moussa to win, 78-77.
In a game in which neither team led by more than six, and saw nine ties and 19 lead changes, the Yellow Jackets (3-0) shot 47.6 percent from the field and 25 percent from deep to win the game, despite being out-rebounded 47 to 28.
Joel Scott scored a season-high 31 to go with six rebounds while Moussa tallied 22 points, three assists and two blocks.
Jaeton Hackley came down with six boards, which tied for the team lead while only seeing 18 minutes of action.
Matthew Ragsdale tallied 12 points including a pair of threes.
