RAPID CITY, S.D. – Rapid City man apprehended in Indiana was arraigned in a Pennington County courtroom Tuesday.
Gregory Landers, 53, is charged with first degree manslaughter in connection with the death of 30-year-old Acey Morrison.
Landers pleaded not guilty to first degree manslaughter, ingestion of meth, and possession of a firearm with a prior felony conviction.

Landers could face the possibility of life in prison for the manslaughter charge, and another 7 years for the other two charges.
His next court date is scheduled for April 23.
