RAPID CITY, S.D. – Authorities have issued a felony warrant for Craig Secody Mitchell for the following offenses: Vehicular Battery, Possession of a Controlled Substance (Hydrocodone), DUI (alcohol and drugs), Reckless Driving, and Driving under Suspension.
Mitchell, a Native American male born in 1996, is currently 27 years old, standing at approximately 5’04” and weighing 160 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. Mitchell’s last known location is in the Rapid City/Pennington County area.
