RAPID CITY, S.D. — Rapid City Police are searching for two suspects in a gas station armed robbery which took place early Tuesday morning.
At around 3:30 a.m. on June 15th, police were dispatched to the Loaf ‘N Jug at 1601 Haines Avenue for a report of a robbery that had just occurred.
On arrival, police made contact with an employee who stated he was working when two unknown males entered the store and grabbed several items before bringing them to the counter. One subject brandished a handgun and demanded money from the register. The men grabbed the cash and the items before exiting the store and entering a silver four-door passenger vehicle.
