Rodger Paul LeFebvre

Rodger Paul LeFebvre passed away on October 1, 2023.

Rodger grew up in Mapleton, IA, and graduated from Maple Valley High School in 1964. Rodger had six children: Rodger, Melissa, Pat, Julie, Vada, and Shawna. Rodger enjoyed life to its fullest; every chance he had; whether it be rock hunting or enjoying the great outdoors. He had many hobbies that involved his love for nature. Rodger also worked for a company named Martin Jurisch & Associates from approximately 1988 – 2014, in which he also enjoyed and collected all his treasures from. Rodger was gentle, kind, loving, big-hearted, and fun to be around. He would give a helping hand to anyone without hesitation.

Rodger is survived by his brother David, his sister Ruth Ann, and his five children: Rodger, Melissa (Chad), Pat (Sue), Vada (Nate), and Shawna (Chris). He is also survived by his ten grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, and great friends.

Rodger is preceded in death by his parents, Vincent and Margaret LeFebvre, his brother Bruce LeFebvre, and his daughter Julie Bartolozzi-Nelson.

Rodger will be greatly missed by many. This is not a “Goodbye”. It’s a “See you later!” We love you.

Upon his request cremation has taken place and no services are planned at this time.
