PIERRE, SD –The South Dakota FFA Foundation will celebrate South Dakota’s Day of Giving, December 1st, by celebrating successes of South Dakota youth in agriculture and thanking donors who make it possible to continue the FFA legacy of growing leaders, building communities and strengthening agriculture.
The organization hopes to reconnect with past FFA members and share the good things the SD FFA and the SD FFA Foundation continue do for youth.
The for South Dakota’s Day of Giving, is to raise funds for 20 additional FFA member jackets, putting more kids ‘into corduroy.’

The South Dakota FFA Foundation supports the interests of FFA members; creating awareness of agriculture careers, agri-business opportunities and the needs of a growing and diversified industry. The organization financially supports leadership development for 8,000 South Dakota agriculture education students; support activities of 99 South Dakota FFA Chapters and members; and reward FFA members and chapters for their successes.
