STURGIS, S.D. – The Meade County Sheriff’s Office says they have made contract with a Hereford area man who went missing over the weekend.
In a social media post, the sheriff’s office said they were able to locate and speak with Jason Broadway.
Searchers spent the weekend looking for him after he was reported missing in the Hereford area Saturday night. At the time, law enforcement had said they were concerned about his welfare.
An air and ground search was conducted Sunday, and called off Sunday night after officials failed to find him.
No further details were released today and the sheriff’s office stated there would be no further updates on the investigation.
