SPEARFISH, S.D. – Spearfish Post 164 shut out Rapid City Post 320’s Risers Wednesday night.
Post 164 scored 2 runs in the first inning, 2 in the third and four in the fifth en-route to an 8-0 victory.
Spearfish held the Risers to just 2 hits.
Kaiden Feyereisen led Spearfish with 2 hits and an R.B.I.
Carter Lyon added 3 R.B.I. for Post 164.
Alec Sundsted got the pitching win, striking out five batters.
Spearfish improves to 14-17 on the season.
In other action Wednesday, the Rapid City Post 320 Shooters defeated the Sturgis J.V. Riders by the score of 11-5.
The Rapid City Post 22 Expos defeated Belle Fourche 12-4.
And, the Post 22 Bullets defeated Spearfish Post 164’s J.V. 15-3.
