Yankton edges Rapid City Stevens in boys soccer semifinal

RAPID CITY, S.D. – The Yankton Bucks ended the Rapid City Stevens boys soccer season with a 3-2 victory in the Class AA Semifinal Monday.

Yankton scored in the 77th minute to make the score 3-2, and they held on to punch their ticket to the Class AA Championship, where they await the winner of the Sioux Falls O’Gorman vs Sioux Falls Washington game Tuesday.

The Stevens’ game was moved to Monday due to the threat of inclement weather on Tuesday.

The Rapid City Stevens girls semifinal game at Aberdeen Central is still scheduled for Tuesday.
