PIERRE, S.D. – The South Dakota Department of Health reported 92 new cases of COVID-19 Monday, with 18 of those probable.
Statewide, active cases dropped to 2,393 from Sunday’s 2,443.
The number of people hospitalized, however, increased by 11 Monday to 91.
No new deaths were reported in the latest update, keeping the state’s death toll at 1,933.
Across the Black Hills area, Pennington County was the only county reporting new cases today. Pennington reported 5 new cases.
